2016-2017 Evaluation Portfolio Training

The following schedule is for Tk20 and LiveText work sessions for all Teaching Professionals and Resource Professionals who will be submitting personnel portfolios this year for retention, tenure/promotion, promotion, and PAI.

LiveText will be an option for those applying for tenure this year. Promotion to Professor and PAI may utilize either Tk20 or LiveText. For those hired before 2006, a paper portfolio is still an option. LiveText may only be used if the faculty member currently has a LiveText account from a previous portfolio.

Tk20 will be the ONLY application used for the of retention faculty in years 1 through 5.

These will be the only sessions offered, and please note the location for each session.

Caveat: These documents include suggestions, NOT requirements, which do not override the DAC but rather give direction (with a nod to reducing bulk) to the type of documentation to include with the evaluation portfolio.
